Privacy Policy
How Hyperscaling collects, uses and protects personal data - stated plainly and in full.
1. Who we are and what this covers
This policy explains how Minutes Network Token X Ltd., Saint Lucia, company number 00365 ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data in connection with Hyperscaling - the website, the customer portal and the purchases made through them. It applies to account holders, their representatives, and visitors to the site.
2. What we collect
Account information: name, company, email address, country and phone number, provided when an account is created or updated.
Verification documents: identity documents, company registration records and related information submitted for KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.
Transaction records: orders, invoices and receipts, payment references (cryptocurrency transaction hashes) and payout details (wallet addresses) provided for settlement.
Service records: traffic and usage figures attributable to purchased capacity (minutes carried, rates realized, balances), portal activity and an audit trail of account actions.
Technical data: the session cookie that keeps an account signed in, and standard connection information (IP address, browser type) in server logs.
Usage analytics: page views recorded against a one-way daily hash of IP address and browser type rather than a cookie, and the steps taken in an order, verification or payout, kept to understand and improve the service.
3. Why we use it
To provide the service: operating accounts, processing orders, provisioning capacity and interconnects, recording traffic, calculating balances and paying out - the performance of our contract with the account holder.
To meet legal obligations: identity verification, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and counter-fraud checks apply to every purchase, and records of them are kept as the law requires.
To keep the platform safe: monitoring for fraudulent, artificial or abusive traffic and securing accounts.
To communicate about the service: order progress, settlement notices, abuse reports and material changes. We do not send marketing without consent.
4. Cookies
Hyperscaling uses a single first-party session cookie to keep an account signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. If you choose "Open in wallet" on the pay page, WalletConnect (Reown) stores a pairing record in your browser's local storage for that session.
5. Who we share it with
Service infrastructure: the exchange platform that carries and rates the traffic, and the providers that host our systems, to the extent needed to run the service.
Identity verification: identity documents and related verification data are shared with Shufti Pro, our identity verification provider, solely to perform KYC and anti-money-laundering checks on our behalf.
Email delivery: your name, email address and the content of service emails are processed by SendGrid, our email delivery provider. Wallet connection: if you connect a wallet on the pay page, Reown's WalletConnect relay carries the encrypted session between the page and your wallet.
Payments: cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains, which are visible to anyone by design.
Authorities and advisers: regulators, law enforcement and professional advisers where the law requires or permits it, including for anti-money-laundering compliance.
We do not sell personal data.
6. International processing
We are established in Saint Lucia. Personal data is processed in Saint Lucia, in the European Union (our hosting provider, in Germany), in the United Kingdom and Pakistan (Shufti Pro, identity verification) and in the United States (SendGrid, email delivery). Wherever the data is processed, it is protected in line with this policy and with the safeguards the law requires for international transfers.
7. How long we keep it
Account, order, invoice and settlement records are kept for the life of the relationship and for the statutory periods that follow it. Verification and anti-money-laundering records are retained as required by law, typically for at least five years after the relationship ends. Records that are no longer required are deleted or anonymised.
8. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit, session tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes, access is restricted to those who need it, and account actions are audit-logged. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage strong, unique passwords.
9. Your rights
Account holders may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, and may object to particular processing, by contacting us. Deletion is subject to the retention the law requires - verification and transaction records in particular must be kept for their statutory periods. Data written to a public blockchain - wallet addresses, mints and transfers - cannot be altered or erased by us or by anyone, and a deletion request cannot extend to it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are notified through the portal. The date below reflects the latest revision.
