What exactly is the NFT, and what does it do?
Every port you buy is minted as its own ERC-721 NFT on Ethereum mainnet and sent to your wallet. It is not a certificate that sits alongside your capacity - it IS the capacity. Holding the NFT is what entitles you to that port's earnings, so if you transfer it, the earnings go with it. There is no allowlist, no lock-up and no approval step: you can sell a port to anyone, at any time, and they do not need an account with us to hold it or to be paid.
If I sell a port halfway through a cycle, who gets that settlement?
Whoever holds the NFT when the 120-day cycle closes. That is the whole rule, and it is deliberately one that both sides of a sale can verify from chain data rather than taking our word for it. Sell on day 119 and the buyer takes the settlement; sell on day 1 of the next cycle and the previous one was yours. Every port's public page shows how much has accrued in the open cycle, so a buyer can see exactly what they are buying into and price it accordingly.
When will my NFT be minted?
Within 24 hours after purchase, your NFT will be minted - to the wallet address on your account, once your payment is confirmed and your identity check has cleared. If there is no wallet on your account yet, your ports are held for you and minted within 24 hours of adding one in your portal.
Pricing & settlement
Where the rates come from, how the margin works, and when it pays out.

How do I choose between MNTx and USDC?
Earnings accrue in dollars, because that is what the traffic sells in. The asset you take them in is a separate decision made at the end: in your portal you set the MNTx share of the next settlement anywhere from 0% to 100%, and the rest is paid in USDC. You can move that dial as often as you like while the cycle is open - it only locks when you claim. The MNTx leg is converted at the live rate at the moment you claim, so the quantity of MNTx you receive depends on the rate that day, not the rate when you set the split.
Why is there only one price and one margin?
Because there is one route and one unit. A port is a port: it carries the same 500 minutes a day and earns the same margin whether you own one or a thousand, so a volume ladder would just be five ways of quoting the same number. Everyone who buys on this route gets the same $0.02865 floor and the same margin from +9.95% over it.
Where do the sell rates come from?
From several live market sources: the carrier rate sheets we trade against, and sell-rate listings on the wholesale exchange, among others - sampled automatically and refreshed through the day. We show a range because the market trades in a range.
Is the margin guaranteed?
The margin is not guaranteed - wholesale rates move with the market. What is guaranteed: under the resale option our wholesale traffic fills your ports to their full daily utilisation - around 500 minutes per port a day, with anything above that a bonus. On top of that you get a price under today's observed sell range, full visibility in your portal, and an NFT that is the on-chain record of exactly what you own.
How do I earn under the resale option?
Every minute carried over your ports settles your floor rate to Minutes Network - and everything above it is yours. Under the resale option we resell your capacity - our wholesale traffic is carried over it - and you earn the commercial margin between the realized sell rate and your floor on every carried minute; traffic is never carried below your floor. It accrues live in your portal and settles every 120 days - there is one cadence and it is not a choice you have to make. Minutes Network takes its own share of the margin separately - its consideration for reselling your capacity (or providing the infrastructure when you run it yourself); that share is never included in, and never dilutes, the margin figures you see, which are stated net to you. Once a cycle closes, you claim it in whatever mix of MNTx and USDC you set.
Are the traffic minutes included when Minutes Network resells my capacity?
Yes. Under the resale option, the minutes carried in each settlement cycle are already covered by your allocation price at your floor rate - there is no separate per-minute cost for that cycle. When a minute is carried, your floor settles to Minutes Network out of the sale, and any realized rate above it is your margin to keep. If you run your own traffic instead, you terminate at your floor against a usage balance you keep topped up.
Are floor prices subject to change?
Yes. Floor prices track the live market: if the market moves, your floor re-bases to it immediately - there is no notice period. Each re-base is matched at the same moment by fresh buy and sell rates, so your floor is never off-market and the spread is carried on both sides.
When does settled margin actually reach me?
Earnings accrue live as minutes are carried and unlock at each 120-day close, measured from the day your ports went live rather than from a calendar month. Your first settlement is therefore claimable about 120 days after your capacity starts carrying. When you claim, it is paid in whatever mix of MNTx and USDC you set - you can move that split as often as you like right up until you claim.
What happens if the market moves against my floor?
Margin narrows - which is why the margin itself is not guaranteed. The protection built in is that your floor tracks the live market and re-bases to it immediately - matched at the same moment by fresh buy and sell rates, so your floor is never off-market and the spread is carried on both sides. Traffic is never carried below your floor, and under the resale option your ports keep filling to their full daily utilisation. What we sell is a bulk price under the observed range.
Are there recurring costs or hidden fees?
When we resell your capacity, there is nothing more to pay. No hidden fees, no extra charges, no recurring costs - your one-time purchase is the only payment, for as long as you hold the port.
Are there ongoing charges after I buy?
Under the resale option, no - the minutes carried each cycle are already covered by your allocation at your floor, and Minutes Network's own share of the margin is taken separately, never out of the figures shown to you. Under self-run you fund a usage balance and minutes bill against it at your floor - that is your cost of terminating traffic, not a fee.
Can I cancel an order?
An unpaid order simply lapses: it is cancelled automatically if payment is not received within 14 days, and nothing is owed. Once paid and activated, this is a capacity purchase rather than a subscription - there is no rolling payment to cancel. If you later want out, your ports are transferable NFTs and can be sold at any time, to anyone, without our approval. The binding detail lives in the Terms of Sale.

Why Pakistan, and only Pakistan?
It is one of the highest-volume inbound voice routes in the world, landing through a licensed LDI (long distance international) gateway on Minutes Network's own 20-year LDI licence with WorldCall, with a diaspora of more than nine million people generating steady inbound traffic month after month. Hyperscaling is deliberately a single-route product rather than a catalogue - one corridor we can price honestly and fill reliably, instead of five we would have to hedge on.
What exactly am I buying?
Dedicated voice ports on our wholesale route to Pakistan, each issued to you as a transferable NFT on Ethereum. There is no fixed term: the ports are yours for as long as you hold their NFTs, and you sell them by transferring the NFT, at any time, to anyone. Each port carries a stated maximum of minutes per day at a per-minute floor rate that tracks the live market. Run your own traffic over the ports, or leave us to resell them and keep the margin each carried minute produces. This is not an investment - you are purchasing a telecommunications product, not a deposit, a security or a fund.
Is this capacity you already use yourselves?
No - every port is additional capacity, provisioned new for your order. These are fresh dedicated ports added to the network, not a share of capacity already carrying traffic. Hyperscaling is how the network grows its Pakistan footprint: new dedicated capacity is committed ahead of the traffic that fills it, and it is yours for as long as you hold its NFT. We do not resell ports we already run our own traffic over.
How is the daily capacity worked out?
On a conservative, practical basis. A port running full 24/7 would carry 1,440 minutes a day - but no route runs a full day: traffic concentrates in peak hours, and answer rates (ASR) run around 60-80% depending on the circuits, the traffic and the numbers being dialled. We state capacity at what the ports practically carry - around 500 minutes per port per day - and days land at or under it.
How quickly does my capacity start earning?
Interconnect details are issued within 2-3 business days. Once live, under the resale option our wholesale traffic fills your ports to their full daily throughput every day - around 500 minutes per port a day, guaranteed, with anything above that a bonus - and your capacity earns on every carried minute from its first live day, not the purchase date. If you run your own traffic, you bring the volume and earn on every carried minute from your first live day.
How does traditional traffic power Jingle's growth?
In three distinct ways. More minutes flowing means more chances for a call to land on one of Jingle's existing endpoints. The volume gives Minutes Network more frequent callees to onboard into Jingle - an onboarding model that keeps growing the endpoint base. And the more traffic there is, the higher the chance of matching a call to Jingle's existing application user base. Your traffic grows the network, and the network grows the higher-margin path.
What about DePIN fees and the explorer?
Hyperscaling traffic runs over the Minutes Network like any other traffic: DePIN fees are paid as normal, and the traffic is visible on the public explorer. Nothing about Hyperscaling bypasses the network's economics.
Could I sell my ports later?
Yes - each port is a transferable NFT on Ethereum, and you can sell or transfer it at any time. There is no right of first refusal, no approval step and no lock-up: the NFT moves and the port moves with it, to anyone, without our involvement. The one honest limit is on PAYMENT rather than transfer - before we can pay a settlement to a holder, that holder has to complete identity verification, because we are bound by anti-money-laundering law. Nothing is forfeited in the meantime; the settlement is held until they verify.
How long does my capacity last?
For as long as you hold the NFT. There is no fixed term and nothing to renew: earnings settle every 120 days for every cycle you hold the port, and if you sell it, the earnings go with it to the new holder from the next cycle close. The margin you earn tracks the market and is not guaranteed.
Do I get my money back at the end?
There is no end date, no maturity and no buyback: a port is an asset you hold, not a term deposit. You realise its value the way you would with any asset - by selling it, which means transferring its NFT to a buyer at whatever price the two of you agree. Earnings along the way track the live market and are not guaranteed. This is not an investment - you are purchasing a telecommunications product, not a deposit, a security or a fund.
Who is behind Hyperscaling?
Minutes Network Token X Ltd., a company incorporated in Saint Lucia (company number 00365) - the same company behind minutesnetworktoken.io and the MNTx token. It issues the port NFTs, holds the capacity and is the counterparty under the Terms of Sale. The traffic runs on the Minutes Network, which is interconnected with tier-one carriers worldwide.
Do I own physical equipment?
No - you own the port: a stated amount of capacity on a named route, carrying up to 500 minutes a day at your floor rate, issued to you as an NFT on Ethereum. The network that carries the traffic stays ours to run and maintain. The NFT is transferable at any time and earns whether we resell the capacity or you run your own traffic over it.
Is my capacity shared with other buyers?
No. Your ports are dedicated - provisioned new for your order and carrying up to your stated maximum, not pooled with anyone else's. The capacity is yours alone for as long as you hold its NFT, and your portal reads its ports, minutes and rates directly from the exchange that carries the traffic.
Can I buy capacity on more than one destination?
Not yet. Hyperscaling opened on Pakistan, and every port in this allocation is on that route. New corridors are announced to holders first.
Does Jingle change the rates my capacity earns?
It can, upward. Jingle is an app-termination network interconnected with Minutes Network, and traffic that terminates over it carries a higher margin - applied automatically where possible. Under the resale option that uplift flows straight into the realized rates you settle at. It is best-effort - never guaranteed for a given call or route, which is why we quote the observed market range rather than the Jingle rate.

Do I have a say over how my capacity is used?
At all times - it is your product. From your panel you set the minimum rate your capacity sells at (traffic never carries below it), pause and resume traffic with one click, and see everything live: ports online, minutes billed, realized rates - read from the exchange that carries the traffic.
Will my ports be fully used every day?
Under the resale option, yes - Minutes Network guarantees full daily utilisation: our wholesale traffic fills your ports to their full daily throughput - around 500 minutes per port a day, the rate we rate a port at - in every 24-hour period once your capacity is live, and anything above that is a bonus, not part of the guarantee. Your margin accrues on every carried minute, and the capacity keeps producing for as long as you hold the NFT. If you run your own traffic instead, utilisation is down to the volume you bring.
What do I need to run my own traffic?
Your own core or SIP equipment pointed at our network - or our cloud core platform, access to which is included with your capacity, so no hardware is needed at all. We provide the connection address, your own assigned IP address, a technical prefix and credentials. Minutes you terminate bill at your floor rate against a usage balance you top up - whatever you charge your own customers above the floor is your margin - and your portal shows minutes and balance live.
Can I switch between running it myself and resale?
Yes - contact us from your portal and we will move unused capacity between paths. Traffic already carried stays where it was.
Who runs the traffic?
We do. Your ports are in the network's routing from activation and your earnings accrue from the first carried minute - there is nothing for you to start. If you would rather route your own traffic, the self-run option is in your portal and can be switched on at any time, and paused or resumed afterwards.
What is the weekly capacity check?
A one-click confirmation on your dashboard while your capacity is live: confirm all is well, or flag an issue - which opens a high-priority ticket immediately. It keeps a standing record that you have eyes on your own capacity, and it gives any problem a fast lane the moment you spot it.
How does the usage balance work when I run my own traffic?
You top it up from your portal, and every minute you terminate bills against it at your floor rate. Minutes used and balance remaining show live, so you can watch consumption as it happens and top up before you run low. Whatever you charge your own customers above the floor is yours.
Do I need a telecom licence to buy?
Not to buy, and not for the resale option - there we carry the traffic and you hold the capacity. If you run your own traffic, you are operating as a reseller in your own markets, and staying compliant with the rules that apply where you sell is your responsibility - exactly as it would be with capacity bought from any carrier.
Can I manage the routing myself?
Yes - request core access from your portal and you can manage routing on your capacity directly. The cloud core platform is included with your capacity either way, so you can start on the standard setup and take full control whenever you want it.
Is there an API available?
Yes. We publish a read-only metrics API for following the same live figures Hyperscaling runs on: capacity remaining on each route, minutes carried today, available-versus-utilized capacity and the active or paused split. It is key-authenticated and strictly aggregate - request a key and you can poll it directly.
Compliance & billing
Verification, invoices and the rules that protect every buyer.
10 answers
Why is identity verification required?
Anti-money-laundering rules apply to every purchase, however you pay. Verification is done once per account and typically takes minutes.
Can anyone buy?
We cannot open accounts for, verify or sell to residents of sanctioned countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia and Belarus, or any country under comprehensive UN, EU, UK or US sanctions. Everyone else is welcome, subject to the one-time identity check.
What happens if my traffic causes abuse reports?
Any abuse notification or trouble ticket attributable to your sales is posted to your portal immediately, with what needs remedying. Self-run traffic must be genuine international voice traffic - non-dialer, non-fraudulent, with an average call duration of at least 3 minutes on the route. Traffic that fails the standard is suspended (your capacity stays yours) until the source is cleaned - that protects every buyer's routes, including yours.
Do I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. A numbered invoice is issued when your order activates, with a receipt line for every confirmed payment - both under Documents in your portal. The NFT itself is your record of ownership, on-chain.
Does verification happen before or after I pay?
After. You pay first, then complete a one-time identity check, and your ports activate the moment it clears - typically minutes. Every later order skips straight to activation. Anti-money-laundering rules mean we verify every holder before any ports are activated or any earnings are paid, whichever way you pay.
Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
Bitcoin, Ethereum (ETH, USDT, USDC), BNB Chain (BNB, USDT, USDC), Solana and Cardano. Your order gets its own payment address, and deposits are detected on-chain automatically - there is no transaction ID to paste in. Identity verification follows payment, before your ports activate.
Is there a contract to sign?
No. There is no separate agreement to sign or download. You accept the Terms of Sale at checkout, that acceptance is recorded against your order, and your payment against your order reference completes the purchase. Your NFTs are minted to your wallet within 24 hours of the order activating, usually much sooner. If payment does not arrive within 14 days, the order lapses automatically.
Do I need to invoice you for my earnings?
No. Earnings settle every 120 days to the wallet holding the NFT, in whatever mix of MNTx and USDC you set, and every claim is recorded in your portal with the rate it was priced at - that record is what your accounts need.
What does "not a security" mean in practice?
That you are buying a defined telecommunications service - dedicated capacity at a stated floor rate, the same thing carriers buy from each other every day. There is no pooled fund and no promised return: margin exists only when minutes are carried and sold above your floor, and you can carry that traffic yourself. Appointing us to resell it is a commercial resale arrangement for telecom traffic, not a managed investment. That is why we publish observed market data instead of projections, and why the Terms of Sale describe a purchase of capacity, not an offering.
What paperwork do I get for tax and accounts?
A numbered invoice when your order activates, a receipt line for every confirmed payment, and a pro forma invoice while payment is pending - all under Documents in your portal. The NFT is the record of ownership itself. Earnings are stated net to you, before your own taxes; how the purchase and your earnings are treated where you are is one for your own adviser.
